How do I print something?

Answer

Cochise College uses WEPA, a cloud system, for printing. Printed documents and files can be picked up at any WEPA (Wireless Everywhere. Print Anywhere) kiosk. Check out the Cochise Labs webpage for more information on WEPA printing!

Kiosk locations:

  • Douglas Campus: Library, 600 building, and Housing
  • Sierra Vista Campus: Library and LCC
  • Benson, Downtown, and Wilcox: One in each location in the main building

Cost to Print:

Black and white: $.08 each
Color prints: $0.35 each

Students

Cloud printing is integrated with student ID cards. After sending a print job, swipe your Cochise College ID at any kiosk to select which jobs to print and which jobs to discard. After confirming the print job, the kiosk will print.

Each semester, every student is provided $.80 of print credits per credit hour taken. Add money to your WEPA account through campus business offices or by using a credit card.

Non-students

Community members can use the WEPA system by creating an account on the WEPA website. To pay, users can pre-load funds to the account or can pay using a credit or debit card at the time of printing (there is a 40-cent fee per credit/debit card transaction). Alternatively, community members can purchase a WEPA prepaid cards through the campus business offices.
